Ingredients:

Potatoes:
500 g potatoes with Peel

1 lemon
50 g sugar
1 dl vinegar

1 bag fresh basil
How to:
-Scratch in the fat on duck breast and fry it in a dry pan. Fat since fried first.

-Duck breasts cooked in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ° c.
-Halvér the peaches and remove the stones. Brown them in the same pan as the duck breasts. Squeeze lemon on the peaches with sugar and vinegar.
-Cut the duck meat and serve with peaches and potatoes. Garnish with Basil.
